2022 Gully Winds Barossa Cellar Reserve shiraz
Review 1: Wine Pilot - Ray Jordan
Colour is deep and almost opaque. The aromas assail with a heady dark chocolate and black fruit combination, and even some subtle savoury-ness. The palate is soft, supple, and quite generous, cramming stacks of ripe Barossa fruit into its structured format. There's a delicious mocha, ground coffee, and dark fruit combination on the palate. Impressive wine.

Review 2: Wine Orbit - Sam Kim
Wonderfully ripe and fragrant, the bouquet offers notes of blackberry, dark cocoa, cedar, vanilla, and warm spices. It is equally satisfying on the palate, delivering a sumptuous mouthfeel and silky texture, beautifully enhanced by layers of complex flavours for a terrific drinking experience. At its best: now to 2037. Dec 2025.
