2018 Chateau Yaldara Reserve Pinot Noir

A Single vineyard wine utilising 114, 115 & 777 clones of Pinot Noir from Lobethal in the Adelaide Hills. 15% of the fruit was fermented as a full cluster ferment, basket pressed and racked straight to 30% new French oak hogs heads to undergo Malolactic fermentation. From there the wine sat patiently for 14 months of oak maturation prior to bottling. A lovely wine to be enjoyed with Roast Duck, spiced Beetroot and Haloumi.
