Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

We deliver within Australia by using specialist couriers in Metro areas) & Australia Post. Delivery times have varied recently, we believe the approximate timeframe below is a good guide (from email confirmation of order): 

• Sydney & Melbourne 4 working days 
• Adelaide  2 working days 
• Regional South Australia  4 working days 
• Brisbane, Hobart, Perth  6+ working days 
• Regional Australia  6+ working days 

The goods will not be delivered to persons under the age of eighteen (18) years.  We may request that the person who receives the goods provide satisfactory evidence of proof of age. We will refuse to deliver the goods if the person receiving the goods is unable or unwilling to provide evidence of proof of age.

You must not purchase goods from us for the purposes of resale (all goods must be for personal use). 

We charge a flat rate for freight which is added to your order total before checkout. We aim to dispatch orders as soon as we can. Shipping times are estimated at between 2 and 10 business days depending on your location.

Anyone at the nominated delivery address who receives the goods is presumed to be authorised to receive the goods.

While we will use all reasonable endeavours to deliver by any requested or agreed date, we do not guarantee delivery on that date, and we are not liable for any loss resulting from late delivery.

Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.

Domestic Shipping Rates

We offer $20 flat rate shipping for domestic orders.

Return & Exchange Policy


If goods are damaged in transit, we will arrange collection of damaged goods and replace them at our cost.

If the goods are faulty, not of merchantable quality, defective or not fit for their purpose, we will arrange for their collection and will either replace the goods or provide a full refund, at your choice. If you change your mind once you receive the goods, you may within 7 days return them to us at your cost and we will send you alternative goods, selected by you to the same value (minus the value of any consumed goods and the additional freight to re-send the goods).

Vintages are subject to change, but we will advise customer by email or telephone if this is the case before dispatch of stock. The customer has the option to confirm, cancel or modify their order at this time.
